Part B – Gymnastics

Strict weighted pull ups
3 sets
– 5-7 Supinated Grip
– 5-7 Neutral Grip
– 5-7 Pronated Grip
Rest as little as possible between variation
of grip
Rest 90-120 seconds between sets

Part C – Workout

AMRAP 16 minutes
15 DB shoulder to overhead @ 50/35
21/18 Cal Row or Bike
60 Double-unders

Part D – Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
