Part B – Weightlifting

Bent Over Row
6 x 6
Time Allotted: 15 minutes

Part C – Workout

EMOM 21 minutes
Min 1: Max cal or bike row in 50 seconds
Min 2: 10 Box Jumps + 10 step ups @ 24/20’’
Min 3: Rest

Part D – Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
