Part B – Weightlifting

Front Squat
4 x 2 @ 90%+
Rest 2-3 minutes between reps
Time Allotted: 15 minutes

Part C – Workout

Amrap 14

10 Burpees to target 6’’
8 Hang Power Clean @135/95

Part D – Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
