Part B – Weightlifting

Snatch variation
Low hang Muscle snatch
5 x 3 @ ascendings
Start @RPE 7/10 and finish @ RPE 9.5/10

Part C – Workout

3 sets of
2 rounds for time
– 20/15 Cal Row
– 8/6 Ring Muscle-ups
rest 2 minutes between sets

Part D – Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
