Part B – Weightlifting

5 sets
– 4 Bench press @ 70%
– Max rep L-Chin ups

Part C – Workout

4 rounds of 4 minutes Amraps, rest 1 minutes between
Amraps.
Alternate between Amrap 1 and 2
Amrap 1
30 double unders
10 devil press @ 50/35 lbs
Amrap 2
10 Step ups with DB’s @ 50/35 lbs
10 KBS @ 70/53 lbs

Part D – Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
