Part B – Technical
Hang Squat Snatch Drill @ 30-40% (wait for the coaches cue before moving to next movement)*
Pause @ above the knee Muscle Snatch: 7 reps
Hang Muscle Snatch: 6 reps
OHS: 7 reps
Hang Muscle Squat Snatch: 6 reps
Hang power snatch + OHS: 6 reps
Hang Squat Snatch:(put it all together) 10-15 reps
Part C – Workout
– Double Unders
– Russian KBS @ 32/24
– Hang squat snatch @ 8/10 RPE
Time Cap: 18 minutes
Part D – Stretching: Coach will lead the class into a cooldown & stretching! VERY IMPORTANT!
